I love being able to teach yoga to EVERY BODY!

Whether you have zero, one, two, three or four limbs,

Whether you are flexible or stiff,

Young or not so young,

I believe yoga is for you!

My yoga career began whilst volunteering in a small local community in the Philippines.

I had the privilege to not only provide prosthetic arms and legs to local Filipino Amputees but to also begin to teach and share the story of yoga to others and to connect with people in a way I never have before.

Following this I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 and then two years later I combined my passion of yoga and amputees and I completed additional trainings in Amputee Yoga and Prenatal Yoga.

Two years ago my world was turned upside down when I had a beautiful little boy named Sebastian (Sebby) and then a gorgeous little girl called Isabelle.

Being a new Mum, coupled with numerous lockdowns made for some challenging times and yoga became so important in my life.

I love being able to teach this passion to my students and my classes are a mixture of challenging and fun sequences where students can move and flow with their breath.

I am currently teaching at Makai Yoga Collective in Ocean Grove and I also offer private personalised yoga classes for yogis who wish to deepen their practice and work on specific skills.
